ID-Pal is ISO 27001 and 9001 certified, iBeta PAD Level 1 & 2 certified, and NIST IAL 2 compliant, providing a secure, AI-driven approach to identity verification for enterprises across 200+ jurisdictions.
With over 20 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation, Rob has a deep understanding of the evolving identity verification landscape. Before founding ID-Pal, he established Perfutil Technologies, delivering complex, data-driven software solutions for some of Europe’s largest utilities and global brands. His work included designing software to manage electricity and gas grids in Ireland, the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Rob holds a degree in Computational Physics and Chemistry, a Master’s in Computational Chemistry, and a Master’s in Multimedia Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
