Richard has over 10 years’ experience of delivering large projects on time by focussing on business priorities, quick wins and compromises. Most recently he has delivered the Global Rollout of BT’s first Azure Sentinel based Threat Management Service as well as the successful rollout of the first customer in Sydney Australia.
Richard has operated at Senior Management level for over 10 years and has built relationships across Sales, Finance, IT and Delivery to get things done, whether that’s Project Managing a customer implementation or fixing a service issue. Richard has also built successful relationships with customers and partners at executive level most recently with Microsoft & IBM Security, resulting in successful global implementations and over £5m incremental revenue to BT.
