Dr. Louise O’Hagan is a co-founder of Cyber Awareness Ireland, a national organization dedicated to researching, developing, and curating cybersecurity awareness messaging in Ireland. She holds a doctorate in The Human Element of Cybersecurity from Queens University. Dr. O’Hagan has extensive experience in developing and running awareness and culture shift programs across various organizations. She currently serves as an ambassador for the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) and is a member of its ad hoc working group on raising cybersecurity awareness in Europe. Additionally, Louise is a research fellow for the Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG), a member of the advisory board for the Cyber Help Line, and a Dublin Chapter lead for Cyber Ireland.
