Casper de Groot

Casper is Program Director for Change and Transformation at ARevolution. After completing his Maser of Science in Business Mathematics & Informatics in the Netherlands, he joined Rabobank in 1998. At Rabobank he worked in areas such as IT, Audit, Risk Management, as line manager and as project manager. Projects varied from business initiatives and infrastructural implementations to new (Internet) banks in Europe, Oceania and Africa. In recent years he got a Higher Diploma at University College Cork focussing on among others Strategic Management, Talent Management, and Managing Change & Transformation. 

Earlier this year he joined ARevolution which is a global innovation leader in Cybersecurity, AI and AML training. ARevolution provides thought leadership with FinCrime TV, Global Master Classes, and Board trainings. Together with Casper’s passion for people’s wellbeing, ARevolution assists individuals and organisations to stay ahead of the race without a finish.
